Japanese sushi meets Suffolk/UK waters. A clean, seasonal set from Chef James: sashimi, gunkan trio, nigiri and a langoustine roll, finished with dessert.

An Italian Evening

Slow-cooked Suffolk beef shin ragù with wide pappardelle — a joint collaboration with The Butcher’s Block across the road — finished with parsley, lemon zest and Parmesan. A housemade side salad using locally grown produce from Railway Farm Shop in Benhall. Housemade tiramisu to finish.

Willows’ modern, produce-led cooking goes candlelit and indoors. A clean, seasonal and intimate four-course set: beetroot carpaccio; potato rösti; charred pointed cabbage; dark-chocolate olive-oil mousse. Welcome spritz on arrival (non-alcoholic available).
