Meet. Hear. is a small-group series of workshops building peer listening skills. This guided evening explores how attentive hearing strengthens connection, resilience and community.
Katherine van Haeften facilitates this evening centred on two simple ideas: that people have shared emotional needs, and that respectful, structured listening helps those needs be met. Rather than advice-giving or problem-solving, we focus on attention, presence and mutual understanding.
