Silky and expressive, this blend of Carignan, Syrah and Grenache offers forest berries, cocoa nibs and a hint of coffee. Crafted by the Modat family in the Agly Valley, their organic and biodynamic vineyards sit on mineral-rich gneiss soils at 200–300m altitude. Hand-harvested and fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel, the wine balances ripe fruit with freshness and a subtle smoky finish.
