Crunchy redcurrant, cherry and a flick of pepper in this vibrant, midweight Monastrell. Made by María Jover, a young winemaker who trained at Vega Sicilia, the wine comes from organic old vines grown under Jumilla’s traditional terraje system — where growers farm the land and pay in fruit. Fermented in steel, then rested in concrete, it’s clean, juicy and full of character.
