Bright and expressive with apricot, peach skin and sweet lime, this Manzoni Bianco (a cross of Riesling and Pinot Blanc) is grown on Alpine clay soils and fermented with native yeasts. Fourth-generation winemaker Alessandro De Stefani and his wife Chiara farm biodynamically and power their carbon-neutral winery with solar energy. A textured, floral white that shows both the family’s heritage and their forward-thinking approach.
