Grown at 450m on schist soils — a flaky, heat-retaining rock that helps vines dig deep and grapes ripen slowly — it’s a wine full of tension and energy. Made by Moritz-Prado, a Franco-Colombian couple crafting organic, low-intervention wines from Alsace’s only mountain vineyard.
