Fresh and zippy with white peach, lime and waxy lemon over a subtle saline edge. A blend of native grapes — Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada — this is coastal Catalonia in a glass: crisp, floral and mineral. Fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve purity and aroma. Though Catalonia’s largest co-op, Covides works vineyard-by-vineyard with over 700 small growers, preserving the character of local plots while supporting rural winemaking communities.
